Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt, they are shipped from Monday to Friday from 9 to 12.30.

Shippings are made with Poste Italiane and arrive within 48 working hours. The shipping cost is €6 Shipping times may vary during holiday periods or sales.

Free shipping applies to orders over €99.

It is possible to make an exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. The items must retain all labels and be in perfect condition; otherwise the exchange will not be accepted.

Refunds are only made in the form of vouchers that can be spent on the site, it is possible to request an exchange of goods with the products available in the catalog at the time of the request.

For goods on sale there is no return or replacement of the item. Shipping costs for exchanging goods are the responsibility of the customer.
